In room four we are learning innovative writing. This means that we read a story and then re-write it using our own ideas. We read " Where The Wild Things Are " and then we danced like all the wild things. Then we made up our own stories.

Mr Hosking is Ava's Dad. He is very clever. He showed us some science experiments about distillation. That means making dirty water clean.

Congratulations to our award winners this week.

Ian is new to our class. He comes all the way from Texas. We are so lucky to have Ian in our class. Welcome to Muritai School, Ian!
Here are our pictures that we will use for our Calendar Art.
These water colours are on display in the classroom for you to see. You can order calendars, diaries and greeting cards with your child's art work. I will send the order forms off next week.

Aren't these paintings gorgeous? I am so proud of the results.
 Matisse, eat your heart out!

 Stunning talent!

 Monet?

A big thanks to all the children in room four for their excellent art work.
