On Thursday 9th of May Muritai School had a special ceremony to welcome the Pou back into our playground. Our Visitors were called onto our grounds by two of our older girls.

 The Kapa Haka group sang a welcome song.

 The boys did a Haka.

 Mr Bird gave a speech in Maori.

The Pou symbolize strength, togetherness and love.

 Our Visitors sang to us in beautiful harmony.

 A robot came to see us in our classroom. He was a friendly robot,

 Archie showed us hie colourful monster.

On Wednesday the parents and grandparents came to our classroom for the Celebration of Learning.
